Tarpaulins

Tarpaulins have many types like clear canvas and PVC tarpaulins. Clear Tarpaulins have many uses. The most common of these uses is to keep things dry and protect them. They are used for things like temporary roof repair, general shelter, and to keep food and water protected from the elements.

Since they are basically waterproof Clear Tarpaulins can be placed over enclosures, over food and water bins, and over crates to keep things dry. On the night of a freeze they can be put over water troughs to keep them from freezing over. Once they are removed from the trough the animals can drink freely without having to crack the ice to get to the water.

They can be placed over the roof of an enclosure to temporarily fix leaks and fallen shingles. You can even use them as a more permanent roof under certain circumstances. Whether you are using them to keep heat n or as shade for your animals always make sure your Clear tarpaulin is secured safely and out of reach of animals that could chew on. Ingesting the coated portions of a Clear tarpaulin can prove to be extremely harmful to most animals.
